Unauthorized recording, live streaming, or distribution of
event content is prohibited.

Speakers and presenters must obtain consent before sharing any
confidential or sensitive information.
4. Health & Safety

Attendees must comply with all venue safety regulations and
emergency protocols.

Any health concerns should be reported to the event organizers
or venue personnel immediately.
5. Cancellation & Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable, except under special
circumstances outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Sponsorship and exhibitor agreements are subject to individual
contractual terms.
6. Compliance with Venue Rules

All attendees must respect the venue's regulations, including
property protection and waste disposal.

Any damage caused to the venue by an attendee will be their
